Authentic guernsey, a beautifully practical sweater that’s made to last, is easily repairable and is of a timeless design that we all know and love as the original fisherman’s jumper.
 
Original patterns from various dutch fisher villages or a combination of free patterns combined in the traditional shape. Originally these sweaters were knitted in navy blue or other shades of blue, such as woad. We can knit them in any colour you wish depending on the affordability in this natural wool.
 
Handmade of 100% Dutch wool from the sheep that live on the (ex) Island Marken, 20 km north of Amsterdam.
